Our Honey is unprocessed and unaltered, straight from the hives to you. 
We have plenty of organic thyme, oregano, lemon balm, rosemary, lemongrass and lavender near our hives to support our bees year round. These plants have medicinal properties in their pollen that infuse the honey, making it handy in treating most ailments.
